Automatic refunds

We stop a run because we believe the app isn't yours: full refund.
Our run fails twice on our side (our tools crash, our models are down): full refund.
You cancel before the run starts: full refund.

If the report wasn't useful

Tell us within 7 days and why. The first time, we refund in full, no argument. After that, we look at it case by case.

If we found nothing

A report that shows everything passing is still a completed run. You get the full list of what we checked, which is worth having before launch. That's not grounds for a refund on its own.

How refunds are paid

Back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
